It's all bullshit.

You want to be living it up when you are high/pinging etc.

I use a form of this already.

I have a hard time sleeping and have been using music to sleep to for years.
I find the most effective is drone type ambient music.

Such as Biosphere, Sleep Research Facility, Thomas Koner, KLF and to a much lesser degree Massive Attack.

I find it does induce a state of mind but it's far more relaxing than "drug like"
