What car is everyone driving? ATM I have a Honda Civic Type R 80% Customised to full potential. The sound of the sports exhausts is so cool!

We should start trading cars around.

My favourite car is my Peugeot 205 T16 road car. It's only a standard, but it's the closest thing in the game to my real car (It's a 16 valve turbo, my real 205 GTi is only 8 valve normally aspirated). Same colour and everything.

I don't have much worth trading, except a Dodge Ram which is useful for the pickup championship in the amateur series. It can be relatively hard to come across a pickup to race. If anyone wants to borrow it let me know. It's lightly tuned and more than capable of winning.

I bought this for myself today, and will be getting Black Ops and the God of War Collection for Christmas...

Any tips for a newbie?

Don't get that it's terrible.
In fact I would say it's the most disappointing game of 2010.

It's a christmas present and it has already been bought and is at home waiting for christmas day to arrive. I will only be playing the single player campaign and the zombies and maybe test out the multiplayer.

Probly the most active though lol....

So apparently for Xmas you will be able to download 3 cars via PSN between December 24 through January 31..

http://www.ps3news.com/PS3-Online/sony-offers-free-gran-turismo-5-ps3-dlc-christmas-bonus-cars/
According to Andriasang.com (linked above), as a special holiday gift for GT5 racers worldwide Sony will be offering three downloadable cars for Gran Turismo 5 PS3 owners in time for Christmas along with upgrading a few standard cars to premium status.

The three cars are the Lamborghini Murcielago LP 640, the BMW M3 Coupe, and the Jaguar-XJ13, which will hit PlayStation Store from December 24 to January 31 for fans to grab.

To quote: "Owners of the recent racer can look forward to three free downloadable cars: the Lamborghini Murcielago LP 640, the BMW M3 Coupe, and the Jaguar-XJ13. These cars have seen design arrangements by Polyphony and fall under the 'Chrome Line' series.

The cars will be distributed through PlayStation Store from December 24 through January 31. Anyone with GT5 will be able to make the download for free."

Seriously that sucks...

big kick in the balls to the people that bought the special edition copy. Although it only has, i think, 2/4 of the chrome line cars it's stil lcrap. Regardless the jag will be good though, i love jags!
