WOW that was awsome, never heard of them before. This shouldve been in the Braveheart movie.

Normal instruments are boring.

A theremin would be cool too. Occasionally Chris Funk (Decemberists guitarist) auctions off instruments on eBay. He has sold dobro's, theremins, double basses etc. All stuff that has been used in album recordings.

OMGoodness! I'm not particularly a fan of metal, but I cannot get enough of this!!
The hurdy gurdy is just so mesmerizing. I simply can't stop listening to it. The vocals I find horrible, but damn that combination of hurdy gurdy and bagpipes is good!
