In NSW all P Platers start with 3 points and speeding is an instant loss of licence regardless of your points.

In SA, if you get caught speeding on your Ps you can't get your full license for at least another year or so.

I'd double check those rules sparton. Surely WA can't be that far removed from every other state. Think you get 5 on your Ps here.

12 is full licence.

Talking to my dad and he said that red P's over here have 12 demerits but in the next year or so it will change down to 4. They havn't gotten around to changing it yet..
