Medal of Honor

The new Medal of Honor is getting smashed by critics. Getting the 7-8's/ 10. IGN even gave it a 6! I remember not long after this was announced that EA said it wanted to get 9/10 at least! They won't be happy.

Was anyone getting this? Apparently its only got 5-6 hr SP campaign, that's pretty average even for a FPS. If they don't want to put the effort in,they should just ditch the SP and focus on the MP, a la Warhawk.

Only just watched videos for this game today.
Gotta say that from what I have seen, nothing appears to be any different from what we have already experienced. This game looks decent, don't get me wrong, but maybe a year late?

Lucky they are releasing before Black Ops, because otherwise they would not get many sales.

I might do something gunn suggested and get this one then trade it in after a week.

A GameTrailers review is the only review I will listen to. IGN are the fucking worse.

An 8/10 is a good score for a game. Of course it wasn't going to get a 9+, that's Uncharted territory (nice pun, hey?)
The game seems enjoyable and doesn't look like a hat full of assholes (CoD).

@ gunn, I very much lol then! Nice one. For ages I only ever read/watched IGN reviews, then I discovered gametrailers! Fucking awesome site, they do great in depth reviews. I also like there other features like retrospectives and screw attack etc.

@ cap, good thinking mate. Should trade it in for COD. Massive insult to EA. hehe.

The consensus that seems to be arising is it is a slower clunkier version of COD.
Like I said earlier, maybe a year late.

I enjoy it. It's BFBC2 meets CoD.

Absolutely loving this game right now. The rewards system whilst playing online is fantastic.
I have achieved the Cruise Missile (600 points) multiple times now. I'm starting to really kick some ass in this. Went 49-2 just a minute ago, and scoring 2000+ points per game (you get 10 points per kill, 15 for headshot).

Ive hired this out for a week...
I like it "a little" better then COD, dont know why lol, feels just like BFBC2 with no vehicles...

My KDR is Sh!t on these games though, because I cant keep still, I have to keep on moving... Which usually goes against me, and im killed in seconds from some guy hiding somewhere...

No Kill Cam, which I dont like because I like seeing how I was killed, just shows what weapon and who from...

Spec-Ops is my favourite at the mo...
And that Raid mode, where you have to protect Some electrical Unit, and the other team has to attack. I guess its because every1 has to keep moving on that map lol...

Dont know how people likes Camping...
There was a few games, where the other team had to attack our (unit thingys) and all they did was sit back and snipe us lol...

There are vehicles, tanks.
You can only kill them if the team works together, otherwise they smash ya.

I havent been in a map with vehicles yet...
It has a selection of game modes, but I let it choose which game to join automatically.. It must dump me in small maps all the time lol....

Oh actually, since ive hired out the game, I havent got the bonus pack that you can get with a code... It must be with those maps?

Only Combat Mission has vehicles.

Attack mode is Awesome, defense mode can be a B!tch lol

The story mode is awesome. Fuck multiplayer until you finish the story.

If finished it on medium. It should have gone for longer. At least another 50%. It was wicked though. Some of the gun battles with the taliban were full on. Definately my fav type of game.
