Actor/Actresses

Post  mrcrowley24 on Mon Nov 15, 2010 10:24 pm

Who is you favorite's and name a few movies why.

Actor

Robert De Niro - Goodfellas, Casino, Deer Hunter, Heat etc.

Al Pacino - Godfather's, scarface, heat etc

Actresses

Meryl Streep - Sophie's Choice, Out of Africa, Krammer Vs Krammer, Julie and Julia etc

Between them those Actors/Actresses have won a shitload of awards. The only problem is that for the past decade they havent done much that exciting, especially the Actors. I hope they do something worthy of their legacy, I would especially love to see Pacino and De Niro team up again and do a great movie like heat, not that piece of shit, Righteous Kill.

Out of the current generation of actors I quite like Leo DeCaprio, and I have especially enjoyed his movies with Scorsese.

I'm a massive Kevin Spacey fan, think the guy can do no wrong.
Brad pitt can also really make a role his own but he's had an up and down movie history.
Joseph Gordon-Levitt is a rising star, Natalie Portman is probably the best actor/actress of her era
Elizabeth Mitchell was single handedly the only reason I continued to watch lost.
I think Milla Jovovich is great in everything she does but that could be that I'm in love with her.

In terms of classics - Jim Carrey (FUCKING LEGEND), De Niro, Pacino, Liam Neeson to an extent, Bruce Willis, Sam L Jackson, Clooney, Ray Liotta and Travolta all are good in my book.
In terms of newer actors - Viggo Mortensen can not do anything wrong as well as Brad Pitt.

Actresses - well I don't give a fuck, honestly. Sure there have been some great performances in movies, but I can't think of any right now.

I HATE that smug as fuck prick Robert Downey Jr.

Girls - this is hard... All my favorite actresses have been because I think they are gorgeous. I'll have to get back to you...

Actor:

Denzel Washington - Taking of Pelham 123; Man on Fire; Dejavu; Training Day; Book of Eli; Malcolm X; The Hurricane

Robin Williams - What Dreams May Come; 1 Hour Photo; Mrs Doubtfire; Bicentennial Man; Patch Adams; Good Morning Vietnam; The World According to Garp - I especially like his serious roles (1 Hour Photo; What Dreams May Come; Good Morning Vietnam)

Actresses:

Rachael McAdams - Time Travellers Wife; The Notebook; Sherlock Holmes; Red Eye - She's Just hot so any movie really

Thats really it, women are good actors, but more eye candy than anything

I, like most women, can't recall the names of actors in movies (the detail in insignificant), nor recall the plot because we only watch the movie for one reason - to perve! Tight butts, awesome abs, bulging biceps and drop dead gorgeous looks are all that matters. Really, sometimes I don't even know why they bother with dialogue for these guys.

My thoughts exactly, Ryan Reynols gets my Man-Boner rising.
