Yeah my bad, not 29GB of game saves, what ever the other one is. Got mixed up. Im not good with all this stuff. But yeah im backing up everything as we speak and will back up every chance i get now.

I have even downloaded game saves off the Internet... U don't get trophies but they work fine

I will be doing this next week.
How long does it take to back up your ps3? I would delete all my vids/photos as well as downloaded PSN games,so essentially its just really my mail that I want to keep. Do you know how much space it takes up?

It all depends. Delete everything that you won't use again, then check how much data you have used in the settings.
I have had backups take 1 hour up to even 5 hours. Typically, it should be done in 90 minutes.
