David Attenborough is the man. Its a shame he is retiring or retired. I quite like to watch docos and he is definitely my fav presenter. I may get this!

Bought it from a bloke on eBay for $39.
4 discs, each going for 3 hours. That's a lot of doco time in 1080p for an amazing price.

It couldn't be 'better', but would def be amazing. Wanted it for a while.
It is only four discs yeah?

It is better. Better visuals, and it focuses more on animals than Earth. Better.

4 discs. 12 hours.

Not in the mood to dispute. There are seven discs to earth, and you haven't watched them all. Sounds like opinion to me, but i'll take you word for it.

I was joking.
Also, I have watched all seven.

what's up with the assumptions? "You haven't seen them all, it can't be better..."

Well the second wasn't an assumption, when in asked you a couple of weeks ago if you'd seen them all you said you hadn't. Remember? I knew you had some so I asked you to pick something that you hadn't seen? You told me you hadn't seen a couple of them..... You may have watched them since then, or misspoke.

The first wasn't an assumption either but it was opinion, it couldn't be better. Unless they are delivering the same information but this new one is delivering it in a way that helps me better understand, then it isn't better.
I've never known David Attenborough to repeat any documentary, so doubt this has happened.

As far as visuals go, I hardly see that as a factor.

If I sound like a cunt, it is because I have spent 12 hours giving out money to people and 95% of them did not deserve it.

Yes. The criteria is no where near strigent enough and there are a surprising amount of dodgy people out there. I am disappointed in Australians.

Of course it isn't my place to say anything, so I am not going into it any further.

Greedy bastards. I'm not the most sensitive of people, but taking advantage of a situation like this is pretty fucked. There's dodgy people everywhere though.

Thats a bargain, considering it sells for $169 at JB.

My kids love this stuff so I will probs try find it on eBay somewhere

$169?! No way. The most you'll pay on eBay is $55.
