Who is getting this?

I enjoyed the first game, it wasn't as good as I thought it would have been, but I did enjoy it. Looking at the sequel, it looks really improved, from the graphics to the new weapons. Just reading an article on infamous 2 special edition and apparently the game is due out in late may. SO MANY GAMES THIS YEAR!

Retail giant Amazon’s outed a swanky inFamous 2 Hero Edition on its official website.

The listing’s since been removed, though not before eagle-eyed snoopers over on Examiner managed to salvage some juicy details for your consumption.

Apparently, the pack’s due out on May 24 and is set to retail for a wallet-draining $99.99 USD. See below for full details.

"inFAMOUS 2 Hero Edition includes exclusive limited edition 8.5" Cole MacGrath statue, Replica Cole MacGrath sling pack, Super voucher that gives access to in game content - including the Lightning Hook Power, Electrocution Grenade Power, Kessler Skin, and 24K Gold Amp weapon variant, Mini inFAMOUS #1 comic from DC Comics, and the Official inFAMOUS 2 soundtrack."

Sony’s yet to make any announcement on a Hero Edition set, though going by past experience Amazon is generally bang on the money when it comes to prematurely lifting the lid on this sort of thing. We'll keep you in the loop on any developments.

Holy shit this looks way better than the first one. I can't wait for it.
The whole new weapons concept will be great. Those Vortexes are gonna be fun to do. lol
I'm gonna pre-order the Hero Edition as a birthday present to me from me.

Earlier today, Sucker Punch teased that they would be revealing a secret that they had kept under wraps for over two years. At their Game Developer’s Conference session the developer has finally spilled the beans.

User generated content has been one of this generation’s biggest innovations, with the addition giving countless extra hours of gameplay in titles such as LittleBigPlanet and Modnation Racers. Now, user generated content will be coming to a rather unlikely game – inFamous 2. Sony has unveiled the system that will allow players to place enemies and objects to create your own challenges.

Little is known about how the content will be implemented, but we’ll update you with more info as soon as it becomes available.

Interesting. I don't know how well this would work with a single player game like infamous.

Yes I have seen the latest videos and the game is looking really good. The visuals look so much better than the original. Looking forward to it!
