Darksiders 2

I like this universe. Love the story.

I have got the first game, but I haven't finished it yet as it is a long game and I have been snowed in with other games, plus I always knew that its sequel was not coming out until 2012.

Anyways, here is some art and a trailer from the sequel which comes out sometime in 2012.

Originally conceived as a cross between The Legend of Zelda and Devil May Cry, combat proved to be one of the highlights of the first Darksiders. Death's introduction as the main character in the second entry radically changes the way players will face off against enemies in the game's dungeons. Aside from the addition of loot and a skill tree, combat in Darksiders II will be faster and more agile. the first game was a huge hit among people. It didn't get much attention but it got a whole lot of praise. I guess there was like a cult following, much like warhawk. I didn't play the first and probably wont pick this up because it's not really my style of game but it looks to be pretty good.
