Aliens:Colonial Marines

Really liking the story to this game. Its set after Alien 3 when a bunch of marines go to the Sulaco (space ship that Ripley used to escape after Aliens) in search of Ripley after she sent out a distress signal in the Aliens film. There the marines will discover that Ripley and co are not there (gone to that prison planet in the disappointing Alien 3 film) and instead find a shitload of Aliens. They are taking ideas from both the Alien and Aliens movies (the best Alien franchise films) and have a variety of different types of Aliens. It comes out next year.

My only worry is that its being developed by gearbox studios and they have been hit and miss lately. Duke Nukem was atrocious and the brother in arms games have been average lately. I know a few of you guys like Borderlands and rate it so I guess there is hope.

No date set yet mate, all they say is 2012.

Will keep an eye on it. It looks pretty creepy! could be fun
