I gotta vent. I'm not happy

Digital Cinema, in Sydney. Has anyone dealt with this mob before? I ordered some speakers and a receiver from them two weeks ago. They fucked up my order and had to change the delivery. I still don't have what I payed for and I move into my house next Wednesday.
This is pissing me off.
I paid for this gear well in advance and it still back fires on me.

Now Harvey Norman are fucking me around too. I payed off a lounge suite and mattress 3 MONTHS AGO, and now they call me saying they have "misplaced" my lounge suite! How the fuck can you lose a couch?!!
Now I gotta wait til sometime in August for my couch to arrive. What a load of shit.

All I need now is for my tenants to trash the fucking house before they leave on Tuesday.



I try to the right thing, and buy stuff well in advance, only to have shit like this happen to me. I paid $3400 at Harvey Norman and $2200 at Digital Cinema, and BOTH of them have fucked me over.

Harveys have messed me around too. They just did stocktake, so out of experience this means they avoided ordering anything not in stock until after stock take is complete.
I still haven't got everything that I bought from them, and I'm living in my house.

With the mob from Sydney, I'm really sorry to hear about the mucking around. I did try to warn you about the hassles of ordering rather than picking up... Still, it shouldn't happen.

That sucks mate. My girlfriend and I bought a couple of lounges from Harvey at the start of the year and they said it would take 3 weeks for them to be delivered. It ended up taking 2 months. lol, when we wanted to watch the tv (or me play games) we had to use a spare single mattress to lye on.

Ask for your money back and take your business elsewhere. They haven't met their obligations so they should give a refund.
