Modern Warfare 3

Game is good. I've played about 40ish rounds now. I have a few games stored up and recorded, but apparently I'm not allowed to post them on youtube until 12am PST in the US??? Oh well, I posted one video.

This game exceeded my expectations. I am actually really loving it.
Except how the party system is fucked until the patch it. but still good.
About level 30 atm and enjoying it heaps. Guns are good, perks are good, and the kill streaks are especially good.
Have you tried out the support streaks cap? Its good how your points keep after every death.
I have got up to the maximum points, 18, a couple times and those streaks are wicked fun.
One is to become a juggernaught which is enjoyable as fuck. So damn strong and impossible to kill.

What is your class set ups?

I use the CM905 with blind eye, hardline and marksman. Always assault.
Went support for a decent amount of time whilst I learned the game, but now always support.

Don't get kills by putting up counter UAVs

I don't think i'll be picking this one up. I hate to be the one to say it but it looks very, very similar to MW2. Not hating on it but I'm having too much fun with BF3, Rage and AC to pick it up. Might be a buy when the price drops. What are some of the best new features though?

it looks a lot that cod4 than mw2. saying that, I never played cod4 so Im enjoying it heaps.
The strike packages are wicked gas. Support means that you can die and keep all your points. You can have 3 allocations like normal kill streaks.
I was averaging 2 EMP's for a couple rounds earlier. They are worth 18 points.

Yeah, sounds like it's a good bit of fun but i just need something different. I'll wait and see how it plays out. IW have hit a winning combo for some fun though.

So whats it like people? Better than MW2 and/or Black ops or more of the same? Is it better than BF3?

Some of those user reviews are pretty petty.
Critiquing the game against it's sequels is no valid reason to rate it a 0 out of 100.

In response to Ryan, if you liked MW2, This adds some features which help balance the game out and the single player is a worthy story (not great but good)

The game on it's own is probably a 75/100, if you liked MW2 give it a go, it won't dissapoint.
If you though Meh of MW2 then you'll think the same of MW3, stear clear.

AC3 is out + Lego Harry Potter 2 + UC3 so many games, so little time/money

After playing bf3 for a while now, I tried mw3 for the 1st time yesterday. Lets just say I will be playing bf3 allot longer than this game. I thought black ops mp looked better as well compared to mw3 washed out look. I will probably give this another go when I have unlocked all weapons and gadgets for bf3. See u soon cap
