LOL.
Try monitoring the internet network adapter with Wireshark. I'm guessing it is either a router/network compatibility issue or a network setting issue

Try to load up a Linux (Ubuntu maybe?) live CD if you have it. Will remove Windows 7 as a factor.....
Are you talking about an IE feature (page auto loader)? I never used IE.....

i've never noticed the "auto-loader" thing you mention - sounds like something more to do with properties of the page/forum than a browser action.
for example, the au server has a refresh setting that will auto-refresh the page periodically (not sure if you can specify how often??) but this forum for instance, doesn't do anything auto for me???
you are a noob!!

Download the latest firefox
every site that has a "next page" auto
loads
it is starting to annoy me

when does this occur - when you scroll to the bottom of the page, or does it just auto-load every next page in sequence until it runs out of next pages?
p.s. you are a noob!!

When you scroll to the bottom of the page
I will figure it out, it is a firefox thing coz ie doesn't do it
I wanna get the fucken met working properly so I can download chrome, safari or opera to see if they work better
