In my mind it was 94, why 98?

Dookie - Green Day (IMO there only good album - sorry to any Green Day fans)

Blue Album - Weezer
Grace - Jeff Buckly
Under the Pink - Tori Amos
Throwing Copper - live
Music for the jilted Gen - Prodigy
Dummy - Portishead
MTV Unplugged - Nirvana

Also Nirvana and Pink Floyd toured what would be the last time.
