Crysis 2

Was looking around youtube and found this demo gameplay of cryisis 2: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L0hkSsBNlNc&feature=related

The first one was great and the second, visually, lookes even better. Plus it's coming to consoles. If you watch the video you'll find that they are actually making it have the same graphics for consoles as the pc version, without downgrading it.

im really looking forward to this. I played a little of crysis on pc and it was great but this looks incredible. Anyone know when it comes out?

Wiki says Q3. I played the second one on PC. Quite impressive. I was reading some articles and they were saying it will be the benchmark for PS3 graphics. Not bad a statement considering GOW 3 and uncharted 2.

Did any of you guys play the first one? The specs were quite high to play it on the pc and it still sets the benchmark for graphics on the PC.

I loved the first one, i'll be getting this on ps3 for sure.

Great, this title has been delayed till early next year! The "drought" gets worse for late 2010 and gets more crowded for early next year.

Also the fact that it will take 60 hours (roughly) to rank up is pretty good. Not a huge effort but it's not a walk in the park.

A Crysis 2 multiplayer demo will be release for US PS3 owners on March 15, Crytek's Nathan Camarillo has confirmed.

News comes via our man at an EA event currently in progress in San Francisco.

This will finally bring PS3 players up to speed with Xbox peeps, who got their first slice of Crysis 2's multiplayer servings in January.

The Xbox multiplayer demo featured the 'Skyline' map and two game modes, 'Team Instant Action' (team deathmatch) and 'Crash Site'. The PS3 demo is believed to be exactly the same.

The announcement was restricted to US, with no word on a UK date for the demo, although fingers crossed it'll be around the same time.

We should get something around the time as the US.

Have this game on pre-order and so glad i do. Its been getting great ratings. Both game trailers and IGN gave it a 9. This isn't just the PC score from what i can gather either. Anyone else picking this up. Could be fun playing online with some people.
