Teen kills brother in PlayStation scrap
SANTIAGO, Chile - Chilean police say a 16-year-old boy has been charged with killing his brother in a fight over a PlayStation.
Police say the younger boy was angered when his 18-year-old brother turned on the game console without his permission.
He then allegedly grabbed a knife and stabbed him. Police say the youth told them that "things got out of control."
The boy could face five years in prison under charges filed yesterday.
Homicide investigator Gilberto Opazo says the brothers had been abandoned by their mother and spent 10 years as wards of the state before a Belgian woman named Valerie Michael took them in.
She was visiting Belgium when the death occurred.

Sounds like the kid was mentally unstable.
Blame the mother,
Further proof that there should be a test to allow someone to rear a child.

I'm glad this didn't happen in Australia. Would be the last thing we need seeing as we are close to getting an R18+ rating.
PS. I wonder if he will get Command Pro?

That's pretty fiendish. But don't believe everything the papers tell you.
Do you really think the papers want to print a story about a child in one of the poorest countries in South America who cannot attend school or receive basic education because he is forced to work in harsh conditions everyday of the year to support his family.
In Chile they actually condone fighting. Parents encourage children as young as 4 years of age to fight one another. Even if you are caught in a province outside of the city with a weapon as big as a machete it is highly unlikely it will be confiscated by police. It's a very violent country. These things happen all the time so I wouldn't be surprised if the editor of the paper agreed to this altered version of the story to boost sales with the PS3 discount add on page 2. Any publicity is good publicity.
Ok, now i'll make my sarcastic, 'too soon' comment - It's sad to think nobody is going to play that Playstation, now. Poor Sony.
