On my third day in London now. Day one was great. Went to Buckingham Palace, The Eye, Big Ben and Parliament, Trafalgar Square and a few others.

Did the Monopoly Pub Crawl yesterday. 14 hours of good drinking. Fantastic day. Got pretty rowdy at the end.
I had a different local brew at each pub. Loving it. Stouts are growing on me.

Went to a pub yesterday at Earl's Court where my Dad used to drink when he was in London.
Had 5 pints there at 5pm. Left a little tipsy so we decided to stop off at the happening part of London (Covent Gardens). Me and a mate picked up two Polish birds so we stayed out. Turned into a huge night. Spent over 150 quid. Fucken hell I was drunk.

second day in Munich now. Went to the Oktoberfest opening yesterday. Was fucking amazing.
The tents start selling at midday on the first day, after the Mayor commences the celebration by cracking a keg. We went into the Augustinerbrau hall. Once we found a table, a waitress came around and we ordered some steins. Each stein weighs about 2kg, and the waitresses hold 10+. I had four steins and was pretty much on my ass by 4:30pm. The atmosphere is incredible!!! I hit it up with a few locals and had a blast. Everybody sways and cheers (Prost!) as we sing drinking anthems. Halfway through a song (each hall has a band) the music will stop and everybody will sing a song, where you raise your stein in joy.

The festival is just hectic. NOTHING I have ever experinced comes anywhere close to the fun I had. Three steins in I was standing on the tables, singing with Germans and saying 'prost' to everyone.

I could ramble on, but you get the idea. JUST AWESOME.


Anyway, Amsterdam was alright. It's a dirty city. We hired bikes and rode around, which was cool.

Paris was nice. Great food, and the Eiffel Tower is really incredible. My favourite site thus far. The Louvre fucking sucked. The Monna Lisa, shit. Had a MASSIVE night the last night in Paris, and three huge nights in London.


Went to a concentration camp today just outside of Munich. That was a bit creepy. Also bought myself an awesome ceramic stein.
Going back to Oktoberfest tomorrow, and Tuesday before flying out on Wednesday.
