I used to have a terrible sleeping pattern similar to Cap's.
All changed after I joined the army, keeping fit was the answer to my problem.
What's wrong with my sleeping pattern?

I finally fell asleep at about 3am last night. Got to sleep in until 8am this morning. Don't really feel any different, but I'm glad that feeling of insomnia is over.

The problem was terrible for me, the pattern was similar to yours.

If your sleep hours work for you, they work for you.
