Had enough of online games

Ive stopped online games for awhile. The lag shits me. And i hate being beaten because of lag.
Waiting for the NBN, so could be a couple of years lol.

Single player games FTW!!!

Im on 512 because my exchange is actually a sub exchange that doesnt support ADSL 2+ Sad

Most sub-exchanges or minimuxes support at least 1500. Not that speed is your problem, its the congestion.

Telstra Wholesale has good info about minimuxes and whats happening with them.

I think it is more than just lag that is a contributing factor. You don't need the best internet to play online.

But when your screen jumps around for the whole round (MW2) and you walk forward and end up in a building a few metres back then get shot by someone that is apparently in front of you but doesnt appear on screen then there is no way you can even kill anyone.

As said, was playing MW2 and i had an enemy lined up, he didnt know I was there. Shot him several times, he disappears then he ends up knifing me?? I was quite a distance away, its sucks

Im not the best at gaming (known fact) and this isn't about me covering that fact up, but when this happens it is really frustrating

There's your problem - play a game that isn't the laggiest shit ever and you will do fine.
