AEC address update

Just thought I'd let everyone know that if you have changed any details (address, surname etc) between the last election and now you will need to fill out an enrolment form detailing the change.

This must be submitted before 8pm local time tomorrow.

Can be done at your local post office, Medicare office, centerlink office, AEC office or printed online from here LINK

When it asks for a witness to sign, the witness can be basically anyone. A doctor, nurse, vet, accountant, bank worker etc.

Get it done people!


Edit: don't bother if you have notified of the address previously. Just search your name on the site to be certain you are on the roll though.

Another thing

You can not submit it online, you must lodge it.
You can bring it in to one of the aforementioned offices, or fax it off to the number provided on the bottom of the form for your state.
